This limits any issues with AFC controllers on the tank and also enables them to sell pre-filled tanks (much like pre-filled pods) further down the line. JAC Vapour decided to keep the VIM tank simple, and placed the adjustable airflow on the mod. The VIM tank is incredibly easy to remove, replace and refill….more on this later. There’s a very smooth cut-out which reveals the plastic chamber of the tank so you can see your juice level. The tank slots directly into the mod, just leaving the drip tip protruding from the device. The VIM uses a removable 2ml tank, which only has a 14mm diameter.

I tend to just squeeze the mod into the palm of my hand, and the fire button is so responsive and clicky that it causes no issues.
You may think it will be a little cumbersome to fire, but trust me it really isn’t, and within a couple of minutes it feels natural to use that way. Instead the natural position of your 3rd or 4th finger rest where the fire button is. It’s on the bottom side edge of the mod, which means you don’t use your index finger or thumb to fire the VIM. It’s positioning, however, isn’t in the traditional location. The fire button protrudes from the device but matches the curved form of the device, it’s perfectly rounded at the edges and is incredibly tactile. The VIM features one simple fire button which contains a vibrant LED strip light in the center. It tapers down from 20mm to 18mm at the front, with the wider section designed to sit against your palm. The VIM is slightly wider at one end, probably to make room for the massive 2600mAh internal battery. It’s also unbelievably ergonomic it possesses no sharp unnecessary edges just a beautifully curved body which rests perfectly in the hand. It may not possess the most head-turning aesthetics, but it still oozes class with its minimalistic design.
